SUSHI!!


Japanese food has been gaining its popularity throughout the world. The very first thing that will pop up in our mind would be Sushi, which is made with different type of fish sashimi (raw fish cut into thin piece) on top of boiled rice mixed with sweet vinegar.



          Many different type of ingredients are used for different types of sushi that is loved by so many people, but of them all, the best could be said that it is “Tuna Sushi”. Tuna sushi or also known as “Maguro” has been one of the top delicacy that sushi can offer and depending on the part of the tuna that is used, the quality and taste of the sushi differs greatly. Most well-known part would be the ‘tuna belly’, which is known as Chutoro and Otoro. Chutoro is taken from the belly of the tuna and near the skin. It does have bit of bitterness that combines lovely with the sweet tenderness that is offers. But the best and the most luxury cut of the tuna would be the Otoro. Otoro is the most expensive and fattiest part of the tuna, and it tastes amazing. It is an amazing combination of smooth and buttery which literally melts in the mouth. Its pink, fatty, and smooth texture would blow you away.


Why don’t we all go out for nice sushi restaurants in Sydney and try out delicious Chutoro and Otoro maguro for a change.  Venue’s such as Matsuya and Sokyo are well-known for the high quality standards they have with their Sushi and are highly recommended.
