RIBS!!






       Putting the whole ribcage, meat and bone together, on the hot grill and pasting it with lovely barbeque sauce will create an amazing dish that loved by so many people. Pork ribs has been used in North American and Asian cuisine but it now loved all over the world. Depending on the section of the rib cage and its cut, the variation of the meat quality and method of cooking could vary. 
        Have around 10-12 hours of slow roasting to create amazing tenderness for the dish that would melt within your mouth. Typically ribs are served with barbeque sauces around them, making it very savory and approachable by all age group. Served with lovely coleslaw salad that could cleanse the pallet and chips to bring out our appetite would be an lethal combination. 


If you are a huge meat fan, why don’t you give ribs a try than a common steak!
